From the South

From Glasgow – A82 via Loch Lomond to Crianlarich then Tyndrum and A85 to Oban

Ferry to Iona

From the North or as an alternative route from the South (A82 from Tyndrum)

Drive to Corran ferry ( 8miles south of Fort William) take ferry to Ardgour (5mins)

Drive to Lochaline then ferry to Fishnish Isle of Mull

Drive to Fionnphort via Craignure. Leave car in free car park* Ferry Fionnphort to Iona.

*Only local residents’ cars and disabled drivers cars with permits issued by Argyll & Bute Council are permitted on Iona.

We are only 5 minutes walk from Iona Jetty and if you phone (01681 700070) when you arrive in Fionnphort we will meet you at Iona if you require assistance with your luggage.

Please note that O2 and Tesco Mobile networks offer the best mobile phone coverage on Iona. Vodafone has a limited coverage and there is no signal for Orange.
